Procedure

in battery system the current is taken from the battery to the ignition switch the solinoid from ignition switch to ignition coil, from ignition coil to primary circuit or distributor to the contact bracker , condensor, and is earthed. for secondary circute a high tension cable is taken from the ignition coil to distributor cap center terminal, from the terminal, from the terminal current is taken to order and is distributor to various segment of distributor and from the terminal to various spark plugs accounting to the firing order.after setting the ignition timing check the working of engine.
